Cardi B and Candace Owens engage in epic Twitter battle

The Grammy winner took part on Twitter on Tuesday with Conservative expert Candace Owens.

It’s all due to Owens ’appearance Monday on Tucker Carlson’s Fox show, where he criticized Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion performed their single “WAP” at Sunday’s Grammy Awards.

Now, if you know what “WAP” means, you won’t be surprised by the stripper stick, the provocative costumes, and the two rappers approaching a giant bed during the performance.

Owens saw it as “an attack on American values, on American traditions” and accused the artists of “actively trying to get children to aspire to grotesque things” with their act in prime time.

“We celebrate evil in America,” Owens said.

Initially, Cardi B. shared the video of the appearance on his verified Twitter account, writing “Yaaaayyyyyyy WE MADE FOX NEWS !!! Wap wap wap.”

“In fact, I will only thank Candy (Owens) for posting my performance on Fox News giving him more views that increased views on YouTube and that count for my streams and sales,” the rapper posted in a tweet. “Blinking your face with your tongue FAST AND WAP. REMEMBER OUR PARENTS WHO GROW UP YOU CAN ONLY MONITOR WHAT YOUR CHILDREN SEE.”

But things quickly turned around as Owens and Cardi B exchanged tweets ranging from racial and gender politics to each other’s spouses.

Most of what was said is not suitable for family consumption, but let’s say there were some knots involved and it ended up with the two women threatening legal action between them.

Who says rap beef should stay among rappers?
