Garena today announced the Free Fire World Series 2021 Singapore (FFWS 2021 SG), which will feature a prize pool of $ 2,000,000 – Free Fireis the greatest ever.
The FFWS 2021 SG will take place in Singapore in May 2021. It marks the beginning of a return to normal for Free Fire international esports after the 2020 tournaments were held online.

The World Series is the largest and most famous esports tournament of Free Fire. The inaugural version of the Free Fire World Series 2019 Rio at its peak was watched by more than 2 million simultaneous viewers online, which was then a world record in the mobile esports tournament, according to the Esports Charts.
FFWS 2021 SG will host the playoffs on May 22 and the finals on May 29. Previously announced to be held on April 24 (Play-Ins) and May 1 (finals), dates have been moved to accommodate the global pandemic situation.
The tournament will feature 22 teams from 14 regions competing for the FFWS title and part of the $ 2,000,000 prize pool, one of the highest in mobile games.
The Play-Ins will feature 12 teams that have placed either first or second in their tournament at the regional level. The first two teams from Play-Ins will then join the top 10 holders from each tournament at the regional level in the final.
Teams will fight in 6 rounds and on all 3 maps to be last, with points awarded based on the round scale and the number of kills.
Indian hopes FFWS 2021 SG are fighting on March 21st
India will be represented at FFWS 2021 SG by the first two teams from the Free Fire India (FFIC) 2021 Spring Championships. There are still 12 teams in competition, but that will change after the FFIC 2021 Spring Grand Final ends on March 21st.
