Ishan Kishan thanked the IPL giants Indians in Mumbai (MI) for an incredible start to life in international cricket. The open head opener smashed 56 runs with just 32 balls and set up a brilliant chase for the hosts in the second T20I against England.

The confidence with which Ishan Kishan pounded England all over the park was amazing as it was only his first international match. However, facing most of those bowlers in the IPL helped the 23-year-old.

At the presentation ceremony after the match, Ishan Kishan credited MI with investing in him and nurturing his talent. He also acknowledged the seniors on the team, the five-time IPL champions, for giving him valuable advice that improved his game.

“It’s not easy to come here and play my first game against a top team. I think the Mumbai Indians taught me a lot. I was there with so many older players that they too. They gave me really good advice and it really helped me. I’m looking forward to it. that I will continue to do so, ”Ishan Kishan said.

“I wanted to finish the game” – Ishan Kishan

Ishan Kishan could not complete the fairytale finale of his brilliant debut as he was trapped in front by spinner leg Adil Rashid as he tried to do the opposite. Although some would argue that it was not the smartest hit at the time, the young man believes he supported himself to perform it.

More than disappointed that he was fired by an unsuccessful turnaround, Ishan was upset that he couldn’t finish the game for Team India. He built a sensational 94 partnership with the skipper Virat Kohli, and wanted to take his team home.

“I think kickback is what I like to play. I just didn’t succeed today. But I wasn’t happy because I wanted to finish the game. I’m a good start, plus I hit the older player who was placed there and scored constantly. “So I was upset because I just wanted to finish the game,” said Ishan Kishan.

Ishan Kishan’s unobtrusive transition from IPL to international cricket is proof that a cash-rich league makes young people ready to represent their country without much opportunity.

With the T20I series level of five matches at a 1-1 level, both teams will strive to take the initiative in the third game, which is less than 48 hours away.
