Meghan wears Princess Diana’s diamond bracelet during Oprah interview

Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, paid tribute to Princess Diana by wearing a piece of her jewelery during a revealing interview with Oprah Winfrey.

In the first major television appearance of her and Prince Harry since she left her roles as a senior family member, Meghan can be seen wearing the sparkling diamond tennis bracelet owned by her late mother-in-law. .

According to French luxury brand Cartier, the item was worn in public by Diana several times before her death. Harry is believed to have pres stones from the same bracelet to produce the engagement ring he proposed to Megan in 2017.

In the big interview, which aired Sunday evening on CBS, Prince Harry told Winfrey that Princess Diana would have been “very sad” by the couple’s decision to retire from the royal family.

Wearing Diana’s bracelet was one of the style statements made during the interview, in which Meghan and Harry addressed their decision to retire from the royal family.

Meghan also wore a gold and gold necklace from British designer Pippa Small, who markets her designs as handmade and of ethical origin. Talking to the UK Town and Country Magazine prior to the couple’s interview on CBS, Small said Meghan “has really helped highlight ethical fashion and jewelry by choosing brands like ours.”
