Pocket is all about finding something interesting and saving it later when you have time to dig through the article. But it really matters how much time you have. Are we taking the 30 minute bus, or are we talking about 5 minutes, um, personal breaks? A new addition to the app allows you to sort by saved sites and how long it takes to read articles.

To sort by reading time, just tap the search bar, then tap the new reading time icon (above). Then you can search for more limited results with a text query. The new feature is the latest version of the app (we In APK Mirror), but not all at once. Most likely it’s a server-side switch. Pocket says Android and iOS users should “progressively” get this feature.

Search for text tagged “Long Reads”.

It’s not rocket science. The Pocket app searches for word numbers in an article and gets a rough estimate of what it takes to read. Naturally, it may take some time depending on your reading speed and personal interests. However, as a measure of what articles you want to cover for a limited time, the new tool is great.
