LeBron James sports “LeBron 3:16” shirt on 3:16 Day

Everyone’s in the 3:16 Austin Day celebration, and renowned WWE fan LeBron James is no exception.

Star striker Los Angeles Lakers posted a photo on Instagram in which he rocks “Stone Cold” by Steve Austin– an inspired jersey this morning at the STAPELS center, where tonight’s game will take place between the Lakers and the Minnesota Timberwolves. He captioned the post with the quote “Stone Cold” and wished everyone a “happy 3:16”.

The front of the shirt features the words “LeBron 3:16” – playing on the world-famous Texas rattlesnake phrase “Austin 3:16”, which became the best-selling T-shirt – and the number 23 King James adorns the back, in the center of a smoking skull.

This isn’t the first time the NBA All-Star Game has featured a WWE legend with a cotton blend. In 2016, when James’ Cleveland Cavaliers lost 3-1 in the NBA Finals against the Golden State Warriors, James was photographed. in the Undertaker’s dress shirt to practice. Seemingly guiding Phenom’s ability to rise from the dead, James led the Cavs to an unprecedented comeback as they won the streak and became the first team in Finals history to overcome the 3-1 deficit.

And while Austin Day 3:16 may be coming to an end, WWE still celebrates the WWE Hall of Fame all week with “Stone Cold” Steve Austin Week! Head to WWE Store to check out limited time offers on exclusive Austin gear.
