Grayson Waller def. Ikemen Jiro

Two superstars heading in opposite directions opened 205 Live as Ikemen Jiro hoped to remain undefeated in the brand, while desperate Grayson Waller was willing to do whatever it takes to end his four-game losing streak.

Jiro lifted the WWE Universe to its feet at the Capitol Wrestling Center by jumping upside down over the top rope and chasing her on a swan, but Waller barely broke the count by three by grabbing the bottom rope.

And after stepping back to a corner to defend himself, and forcing the energetic attacking Jiro to stop for a moment, Waller kicked in the chest and flew skyward to slam Jiro into the canvas. In one fell swoop, Waller ended his losing streak and sent Jiro to the losing streak for the first time at 205 Live.

Josh Briggs, def. Joe Gacy

As he explained during the pre-match address, Josh Briggs doesn’t care about weight restrictions.

And with the announcement that 205 Live can now include members above the £ 205 threshold, Briggs is clearly in the right place to fight Joe Gacy.

Briggs and Gacy, each of whom were eliminated in the first round of the NXT Breakout Tournament, hit each other violently early in the match.

Gacy caught fire as he landed multiple punches and pushed his opponent backwards onto the carpet with uranage and a stomach-to-back suplex, but Briggs shook off the punishment and landed on a brutal clothesline for victory. Both members met glances and exchanged slight nods of respect as 205 Live concluded.
