Bronson Reed punches ticket for NXT North American Title opportunity

In a heroic manner Colossal Bronson Reed surpassed five other superstars in Gauntlet Eliminator to challenge Johnny Gargano for the NXT North American Championship on Night 2 NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver.
In accordance with the rules of the Gauntlet Eliminator, Isaiah “Swerve” Scott started cases against Leon Raff… Every three minutes, another participant entered. The only way to be eliminated is to kill with pins or obey. The last man left will challenge Gargano on Thursday.
Before the start of the competition, Scott attacked Raff as he entered. Regardless, both superstars fought with all their might until they were laid out on the canvas when the mammoth Reed entered and began to dominate his opponents with the help of the German Suplex doppelganger monster.
Cameron Grimes soon joined the group and, by sending Reed out of the ring, actually paid Scott to join forces with him to punish Raff by keeping Reed out of action.
As Dexter Loomis walked in next, Scott took a quick pin on Ruff. Loomis’s slow, methodical assault took charge until he and Reed began to fight him.
In the end, frank La knight entered last. Reed’s size took center stage and soon became the favorite. However, Knight pinned Loomis down when Loomis Silence captured Grimes. Moments later, Knight was pinned to himself after Reed flattened him completely.
The last three members – Reed, Grimes and Scott – entered the decisive battle. Although Scott and Grimes launched a 2v1 attack on Reed, Scott soon betrayed his potential partner and used pantyhose to pin Grimes down.
After sustaining a crushing fall from the top rope onto an apron and flying Scott’s 450 Splash and more, Reed roared back with a power bomb before finishing off his tsunami victim.
Reed announced his proverbial Golden Ticket. Will he be able to reign supreme over Gargano and claim the NXT North American title? Find out Thursday night at 8/7 C, streaming exclusively on Peacock in the US and the WWE network everywhere.
