WWE & TikTok launch SummerSlam ring announcer search

Starting today, WWE will begin searching for its next awesome ringtaker on TikTok, as users can upload their most entertaining videos using the #WWEAnnouncerContest hashtag. Top performers will receive a SummerSlam ride at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Saturday, August 21, where they will act as announcers at WWE’s biggest event in 2021. Search for speakers is carried out by Pure Life® Purified Water.

In the weeks leading up to SummerSlam, WWE will review each video before announcing the two winners on the official TikTok channel on Monday, August 16. WWE Superstar Big E recorded a video of its own on TikTok to explain how the competition is going, which can be watched. here
