When Tony Nese and Aria Daivari staggered after a couple of singles losses a week earlier, The Premier Athlete and Daivari Dinero joined forces again to try to get back into the winning column against The Bollywood Boyz, and the strategy paid dividends.
The Bollywood boys almost triumphed when Samir backwards elbowed Daivari in the jaw from the top rope, and Sunil also took to the skies to elbow Daivari in the chest, but Nese broke the pin at the very last moment.
Moments later, Daivari dodged Sunil’s superkick attempt and defeated his opponent with a Hammerlock lariat.
August Gray, def. Ashante “You” Adonis
In a clash between arguably the purple brand’s two most stylish rivals, August Gray and Ashante “You,” Adonis blinded the WWE Universe by exchanging impressive carpet fighting techniques, holds, mowers and aerial attacks in the main event that was a little different from all of them.
Gray seemed to give up his knee as he landed awkwardly, but he nevertheless dodged the clothesline and drew Adonis to So Much Prettier for 1-2-3.
As Gray crawled up the ladder, he soon realized that Daivari was standing right next to him. Seemingly sly, Daivari flashed a smile and raised Gray’s hand in the air, but Gray immediately pulled away, gave the Persian Prince an incredulous look, and left when 205 Live ended.
