The R-rated superstar threw some harsh responses to Meese’s path, eventually challenging the most obligatory superstar in WWE history to pick a squared circle fight, but Meese didn’t comply.
Street profit def. Alpha Academy
Street Profits battled Alpha Academy’s Chad Gable and Otis in yet another thrilling team event, while the visually impaired AJ Styles engaged in action from the Omos comment table. The offense soon proved to be a ruse as The Phenomenal One tried to seize the opportunity to destroy any hopes of victory for Angelo Dawkins and Montes Ford. Ford, however, was able to counter the attack by sending Styles flying off his apron and hitting Gable with a huge frog splash to win Street Profits.
US Champion Damian Priest def. Apollo Crews
Talking time for the Apollo Crews is over as it finally got the chance to become the US Champion against Damian Priest. Having Commander Aziz in tow did not bring success to the former Intercontinental Champion, as soon after the big man was expelled from the ring, Crews fell victim to the released Damian. The priest quickly joined The Reckoning to retain his title in the United States.
Rey and Dominic Mysterio def. Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin
One week after losing to Almighty Bobby Lashley in a handicap match, Rey and Dominic Mysterio were looking to recoup Lashley’s former teammates Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin. The father-son duo did just that after hitting Double 619, when Dominic finished off Alexander with a large Frog Splash to secure a crucial victory for the family.
Team Liv def. Team Becks in a 10-women’s team match
After signing the Raw Women’s Championship match earlier in the evening, Liv Morgan and Becky Lynch decided to see who could win the week before the fight in a massive 10-woman team match.
Morgan led her team of Bianca Belair, Rea Ripley, Nikki Ash, and 24/7 champion Dana Brook into battle against Team Lynch, which also included WWE women’s champions Queen Zelena and Carmella, as well as Doodrop and Tamina. It was Liv’s team, after all, winning when Morgan pinned Tamina after Oblivion to earn a massive boost in momentum.

Since he first connected by knockout, Rollins’ plan to prevent Owens from securing a WWE Day 1 title match backfired as Owens was declared the winner of the fight by disqualification and was thus included in this WWE Championship bout.
