Ridge Holland again tried to distract himself to knock Ricochet out of the game, preparing Shimus to knock his opponent off his apron with a knee.

However, when the Celtic warrior returned The Human Highlight Reel to the ring, Cesaro returned to neutralize Holland. This distracted Shamus enough for Ricochet to seize the moment and pull the former WWE champion to victory.

After Sheamus strikes Ricochet with a post-match brogue kick, The Human Highlight Reel must bounce back from Umberto in a 12-day Christmas match involving 12 mittened men to claim the intercontinental title. Follow WWE action on Peacock, WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more.

Before Ricochet’s next match, again Umberto, Sheamus hit the former US champion with a pre-match shot by Brog. However, the tenacious Human Highlight Reel recovered, caught his opponent falling off the top rope and overcame the cunning superstar with Recoil.

Sensing the momentum, Ricochet parried Jinder Mahal’s attack and used his amazing athleticism to counter Hull and quickly outpace the former WWE champion.

Ricochet vs. Sami Zayne - 12 Days of Christmas Rumble: SmackDown, December 24, 2021

Ricochet must defeat the Master Strategist in the final battle of 12 Days of Christmas in a 12-man gauntlet match for the chance to claim the Intercontinental Title. Follow WWE action on Peacock, WWE Network, FOX, USA Network, Sony India and more.

In the final duel “12 Days of Christmas” with the participation of 12 people, Ricochet found himself in a battle against Sami Zane.

Ricochet threw himself into Shooting Star only to bump into the waiting knees of the Master Strategist. Zane then finished off his opponent with a Helluva Kick to earn an Intercontinental title match against Shinsuke Nakamura.

The addictive match included everything from lollipops to kendo sticks, steel chairs, gifts, Christmas trees, egg legs, and cookie trays with guns (yes, with cookies still on them). Then, with julet-like amusement spread out in all directions, McIntyre finished off Mad Moss with a festive blow from Claymore.
