Riddle won the Battle Royale to keep Randy Orton’s hopes for money in the bank
With Randy Orton no longer able to compete in the Last Chance Money in the bank qualifier, WWE officials Adam Pierce and Sonia Deville designed the Battle Royal, filled with hope for bank money to take his place. Jackson Ryker def. Elias in a strap
Since leaving Jackson Riker a few weeks ago, Elias has consistently turned down a few matches with the staunch Riker. As a result, the two superstars were tied in a brutal belt fight, where Riker drove his opponent onto the canvas to reign supreme in a well-deserved moment of redemption.
Drew McIntyre, def. Riddle and AJ Styles to claim cash in a bank rating match
Following last week’s setbacks on Raw, Drew McIntyre reigned supreme over A.J. Styles and Riddle (who spoke on behalf of Randy Orton after winning the Battle Royale earlier night) in the Last Chance Triple Threat Match.
Despite leaving the match early with a very painful foot injury, Riddle returned and escaped Phenomenal Foreman to blow Stiles with RKO! However, before the Original Bro could get the pin, Omos pulled Phenomenal out of the ring. Before Riddle could regroup, McIntyre nailed him down with the Claymore Kick to prevail and earn his spot in the money match in the banking ladder!
